ELS Development Services (ELS) is a private organization committed to providing quality learning opportunities and creative services for schools and the community that include a balance of technology and academic support designed to improve educational and employment outcomes for youths and adults, with special consideration for economically disadvantaged and historically underrepresented individuals.

Established in 2002, our customized, innovative educational programs include project-based and challenge-based opportunities that promote industry-defined skills that prove valuable to high-demand sectors of the economy. 

ELS is also a Michigan Department of Education approved Supplemental Educational Services (SES) provider. This enables us to offer free tutoring to eligible students.  Tutoring is available in a variety of subjects such as English/Language Arts, Math, Science and more.
